11. Termination
Either you or Hot Personality Test may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, without explanation, effective upon sending written notice to the other party. Hot Personality Test reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without notice, upon any breach of this Agreement by you which is brought to Hot Personality Test's attention. In the event your access to the Service is suspended due to the breach of this Agreement, you agree that all fees then paid to Hot Personality Test by you shall be nonrefundable.
12. No Refunds, Shipping
All sales of the Personality Profile, because it is specifically compiled and printed to assess your specific personality are final. This means that you will not be entitled to a refund, once the Personality Profile has entered the production process you cannot cancel your order and will be liable for the purchase price. Shipping and delivery dates are tentative, the buyer shall have no right to reject any order if such order arrives after the tentative delivery date.
13. General Provisions
You agree that UK law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the county courts of United Kingdom, other than for actions to enforce any order or judgment entered by such courts.
This Agreement, accepted upon registration for the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and Hot Personality Test regarding the use of this Service. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the terms will survive termination of your registration to the Service. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect.
You, the buyer, may cancel this agreement, without any penalty or obligation, at any time prior to midnight of Hot Personality Test's third business day following the date of this contract, excluding Sundays and holidays. To cancel this agreement, mail or deliver a signed and dated notice, or send an email which states that you, the buyer, are canceling this agreement, or words to similar effect.
